Building on Our Commitment to Reconciliation

Our reconciliation journey has evolved from building awareness and understanding to embedding meaningful action across our business. Through our Reflect RAP, we strengthened cultural awareness, introduced key reconciliation initiatives, established relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and began integrating Indigenous perspectives into our operations. These foundations now support the next stage of our journey through our Innovate RAP.

Our Innovate RAP focuses on strengthening relationships, deepening cultural understanding, creating opportunities, and embedding accountability across our organisation. Guided by our RAP Working Group, executive leadership, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander advisors, we are implementing measurable actions that support long-term and sustainable reconciliation outcomes.

We are committed to building respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, organisations, and communities. Through culturally informed engagement practices, ongoing learning opportunities, supplier diversity initiatives, and governance structures that drive accountability, we aim to ensure reconciliation becomes part of how we work every day.

As we continue our Innovate RAP journey, we are focused on creating lasting impact through stronger partnerships, increased opportunities, and meaningful actions that contribute to a more inclusive and equitable future. Reconciliation is not a standalone initiative. It is an ongoing commitment that influences our people, projects, partnerships, and the communities in which we operate.
